Where a section of this Policy applies specifically to residents of Canada or Mexico, that is noted in the relevant section. Otherwise, this Policy applies equally across all locations we operate.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

4.1 How You Opt In

If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in through a web form, in-person sign-up, or verbal consent recorded during a call, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Authenticus Inc. related to appointment reminders, project updates, quote follow-ups, and customer service. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Authenticus.

4.2 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, appointment reminders or project status updates). Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

4.3 How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@authenticusservices.com or +1 832-430-3046.

4.4 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information collected as part of the SMS consent process will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes your phone number and your opt-in status. All other categories of personal information described elsewhere in this Policy may be subject to the sharing terms outlined in Section 5, but text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are expressly excluded from any such sharing, under any circumstance.

4.5 Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.6 Additional Terms for Canadian Recipients

If you are located in Canada, our SMS program also complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). This means:

  • We will only send you commercial text messages if you have given express consent, meaning you affirmatively opted in, rather than simply failing to opt out.
  • Every message will identify Authenticus Inc. as the sender and include our contact information.
  • If you unsubscribe by replying STOP, we will honor that request within 10 business days, and typically much sooner.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, payment processing, scheduling tools, and email/SMS delivery platforms), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations
  • Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to this Policy or a policy with equivalent protections

We do not sell personal information, and, as stated in Section 4.4, we never share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixels and tags) to operate our website and understand how visitors use it. These fall into the following categories:

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not control.

7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include restricted access to personal information, secure hosting, and vetting of service providers who process data on our behalf.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and any information you transmit to us is at your own risk.

8. Your Rights and Choices
